Shannon Vale is the most recent addition to our collection. Shannon Vale is an architect designed modern home, sitting in its own landscaped garden with a beautiful view of Lough Derg. The original 60s bungalow was reimagined and remodelled in 2023, and furnished to create an atmosphere of pared back modernity. A cool palette of Little Greene colours combined with contemporary furnishings create a clean, crisp aesthetic for modern country living. Take the rowing boat out to explore the magical lake or curl up beside the stove with your favourite read. Here you can gather family and friends to relax and recharge in peaceful seclusion.

*Booking periods run Saturday to Saturday
*Rates are per week
*Short breaks available off-season with a minimum charge of €450 for a 2/3 night stay.
*A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
*Tariff includes use of the rowing boat

*All properties are non-smoking.

Reservations
- We require a 25% deposit payable via bank transfer to secure a booking.
- Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. We do not accept payment by card.
Arrival – Check-in from 4pm.
Departure – 10am.
Children
- All ages welcome.
- Highchair/travel cot available on request
Access – All ground floor including one bedroom/en-suite accessible – no steps.
Smoking – Smoking not permitted throughout the house.
Dogs
- Dogs accepted by prior arrangement.
- Dogs must never be left alone on the property.
- Charges may apply for damage to furnishings.
*We advise taking out travel insurance to cover any unexpected amendments to holiday plans.
